These terms are the agreement between you and Craige Hardel Coaching. They are deliberately readable. Where a clause has a plain-English meaning, that meaning is the one we intend — and nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, booking a call, joining the High Achiever Society, or purchasing a course or digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services.

  1. Who "we" are. "Craige Hardel Coaching", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the coaching practice operated by Craige Hardel, including the High Achiever Society and the High Achiever's Podcast.
  2. Who "you" are. "You" means the individual using the services or the person who purchased them on behalf of an individual.
  3. These terms sit alongside our policies. The Call Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
  4. Business customers. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or team, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Who can use the services

  1. You must be 18 or over to book coaching, join a paid membership tier, or create an account.
  2. Under 18? A parent or legal guardian must make the booking and take part in the arrangement. Get in touch and we will explain how that works.
  3. You need the legal capacity to enter an agreement. If you are acting for someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
  4. Services are delivered in English and are intended for use in the countries where we are permitted to operate.

Accounts and acceptable use

An account is yours. It is not a shared resource, and it is not a place to test the limits of what you can get away with.

  1. Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
  2. One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared, sold, transferred, or used to give multiple people access to a paid tier.
  3. Do not misuse the services. That includes attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer them, scraping content, bypassing paywalls, or using them for anything unlawful.
  4. Do not impersonate anyone, including Craige, other members, or anyone else whose identity could mislead people.
  5. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

Memberships, billing and price changes

Paid tiers in the High Achiever Society are subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling is deliberately easy.

How the paid tiers behave
Tier Billing Cancelling
Free Community Free Nothing to cancel
Podcast Premium Monthly, auto-renewing Cancel any time
Accountability Pro Monthly, auto-renewing Cancel any time
Inner Circle Set out at the point of purchase As shown at purchase
Private coaching Paid per session or per arrangement See cancellation policy
  1. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. The price you pay is shown before you confirm.
  2. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused time.
  3. How to cancel. From your account settings, or by replying to any membership email with the word "cancel". There is no retention call and no cancellation fee.
  4. Failed payments. If a payment does not go through, we will try again and email you. Access may be paused until it is resolved.
  5. Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
  6. Third-party processing. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  7. Raise billing questions within 30 days. Contact us within 30 days of a charge and it will be reviewed properly.

Calls and subscriptions are separate things

Cancelling a membership does not cancel a one-to-one call that is already in the calendar, and cancelling a call does not affect your membership. Call timing and refunds are covered by the Call Cancellation Policy.

Coaching services and their limits

This section matters more than any other, because it defines what coaching is and what it is not. We would rather be clear now than disappointing later.

  1. Coaching is a structured conversation about your goals — mindset, accountability, priorities, execution, and follow-through. It is practical, and it depends on you doing the work between sessions.
  2. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care. It is not a diagnosis or treatment for any physical or mental health condition.
  3. Coaching is not legal, financial, or tax advice. For those matters, speak to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
  4. No outcome is guaranteed. We cannot promise a business result, income, promotion, publication, or any specific life change. Results depend on your circumstances, effort, and consistency.
  5. You are responsible for your decisions. Coaching helps you think more clearly; it does not make choices for you.
  6. If you are in crisis, please contact your doctor or your local emergency service. Coaching is not the right support for an urgent situation, and we will say so honestly.
  7. We may recommend stepping away. If coaching is not the right fit for where you are right now, we will tell you rather than take your money.

The honest version of the disclaimer

You are buying structure, accountability, honesty, and experience — not a guarantee. Anyone selling you a guaranteed outcome from coaching is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Courses, workshops and digital products

  1. Live courses and workshops run on the dates published at the point of purchase. If you cannot attend, recordings are provided where they exist.
  2. Self-paced courses and downloads are delivered digitally, usually immediately after purchase. You receive a personal licence to use them, not ownership of them.
  3. Where a course is included in a membership tier, access lasts as long as that tier remains active and the course remains part of the tier.
  4. Cancelling a live workshop follows the same notice principle as calls. The specifics are shown at the point of purchase.
  5. Your statutory rights apply. Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, we honour it. For instant-access digital content you may be asked to acknowledge that the cooling-off period ends when access begins.

Community rules

The High Achiever Society works because people are honest, useful, and decent to each other. These rules exist to protect that, not to police opinions.

  1. Be useful and be respectful. Disagreement is welcome. Contempt is not.
  2. No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind. That includes conduct in DMs and in live calls.
  3. No spam, cold pitching, or recruiting members into unrelated schemes, funnels, or affiliate programs.
  4. Keep other members' stories private. What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not screenshot or republish other people's posts or personal details.
  5. No plagiarising or reselling community materials, course content, or anyone else's work as your own.
  6. We may moderate. Where a rule is broken, the usual path is a private word first, then a warning, then removal. Serious breaches can mean immediate removal.
  7. Removal is not a refund trigger. Where someone is removed for breaking these rules, membership fees for the current period are not refunded.

Your content and intellectual property

Your work is yours. You are not handing over your ideas, your business, or your writing by working with us.

  1. You keep ownership of everything you bring and create — goals, plans, notes, documents, posts, and materials you share.
  2. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to deliver the services to you, for as long as you use them.
  3. You can withdraw that licence at any time by deleting the content or closing your account, subject to normal backup and legal retention periods.
  4. Testimonials need your consent. We will only publish your name, words, or results with your explicit permission, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
  5. You confirm your content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
  6. Do not upload sensitive data such as full financial records, health records, or other people's private information.

Our content and intellectual property

  1. Our materials are protected. Course content, frameworks, worksheets, templates, branding, podcast episodes, and written resources belong to Craige Hardel Coaching or its licensors.
  2. You get a personal licence to use them for your own development. You may not resell, republish, share, or build a competing product from them.
  3. Quoting is fine. Short quotes with clear attribution are welcome. Reproducing whole modules or resources is not.
  4. The High Achiever's Podcast and its episode content remain ours. Sharing an episode link is always encouraged.

Availability and changes to services

  1. We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages can occasionally interrupt access.
  2. We may improve or adjust the services — refining a tier's benefits, adding or replacing resources, or updating a course as the ecosystem develops.
  3. We will not remove a core benefit you paid for without notice. If a significant benefit is discontinued, we will tell you and give you the option to cancel.
  4. Discontinuing a tier. If a tier is retired, existing members keep access until the end of the current paid period at minimum.
  5. Beta features. Anything labelled experimental may change or be withdrawn, and is provided without additional promises.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Every business has to include a section like this. Ours is written as plainly as the law allows.

  1. The services are provided as described, and you use them at your own discretion. Decisions you take in your business, career, or life remain your own.
  2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data — arising from your use of the services.
  3. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  4. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
  5. Consumer rights are unaffected. If you are a consumer, this section does not reduce the protections you have under the law where you live.

Suspension and termination

  1. You can leave at any time. Cancel your subscription and close your account whenever you like. There is no exit fee and no obligation to explain.
  2. We may suspend access where there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a risk to other members, or a legal requirement to do so.
  3. Where practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
  4. Unused paid time after termination for breach is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  5. Some clauses survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law — because they need to keep applying afterwards.
What you agree to

Your side of the deal

  • Use your own account and keep your login details secure.
  • Treat other members with the same respect you expect.
  • Do the work between sessions — coaching is not passive.
  • Keep content you share lawful and yours to share.
What we commit to

Our side of the deal

  • Deliver the service you paid for, as described.
  • Give 30 days' notice before any price change affects you.
  • Keep cancellation simple, with no retention games.
  • Tell you honestly if coaching is not the right fit.

Governing law and disputes

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Craige Hardel Coaching is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
  2. The specific jurisdiction is confirmed in your coaching agreement or membership purchase confirmation, so there is no ambiguity about which law applies.
  3. Talk to us first. Most issues are a misunderstanding that a short conversation resolves, and that is genuinely the preferred route.
  4. Consumers keep their local protections. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your own country where consumer law gives you that right.
  5. If we cannot resolve it between us, either party may refer the matter to the courts of the jurisdiction in clause 13.01.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the coaching practice and the High Achiever Society ecosystem develop. When they do, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.

Document history
Version Date Summary of change
v1.0 September 2026 First published version, covering coaching, memberships, courses, community, and the website.
Next As required Future updates will be listed here, with material changes notified by email.
  1. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect, for anyone with an active membership or booking.
  2. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page on the date you made your purchase or booking, unless a change is required by law.
  3. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and keep access until the end of your paid period.

How to contact us

  1. Fastest route for anything booking-related: reply to your booking or membership confirmation email, so your details stay attached.
  2. For general questions about these terms, use the contact form on the main site.
  3. Response time: we aim to reply within one business day, and usually sooner.
  4. Formal notices should be sent in writing to the contact address shown on your purchase confirmation.

Questions are welcome, including awkward ones

If a clause here is unclear, or you are not sure how it applies to your situation, ask before you buy. It is much easier to explain something upfront than to unpick a misunderstanding later.

Our plain-English pledge

Three commitments
Readable on purpose

If a term needs three lawyers to interpret it, it does not belong in a coaching agreement.

Nothing hidden in the small print

Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation windows are all shown before you pay.

Your rights stay intact

No clause here is designed to remove protections you have as a consumer.

Quick Answers

The terms questions people actually ask.

Short, direct answers to the clauses that most often prompt an email.

Do I own the material I bring to coaching?

Yes, entirely. Your plans, notes, documents, and ideas remain yours. We hold a limited licence only so we can deliver the service — store your notes, review your progress, and run your sessions — and it ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Can you change the price of my membership?

We can, but never without warning. You get at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Your current price stays fixed until then.

What happens if I break a community rule?

Usually a private word first, then a warning if it continues. Serious breaches — harassment, hate speech, or spam recruiting — can mean immediate removal. In either case, it is a conversation rather than a silent ban, unless someone else's safety is at stake.

Is coaching a substitute for therapy?

No, and it is not presented as one. Coaching focuses on goals, mindset, accountability, and execution. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions. If what you are dealing with needs clinical support, we will say so and point you toward the right kind of help.

Do you guarantee results?

No. What is guaranteed is the structure, the honesty, the accountability, and the experience — not a specific outcome. Results depend on your circumstances and, more than anything, on consistent action between sessions.

How do I close my account completely?

Cancel your subscription first, then request account deletion from your settings or by email. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

Which law applies to this agreement?

The law of the country in which Craige Hardel Coaching is established, with the specific jurisdiction named in your coaching agreement or purchase confirmation. If you are a consumer, you keep any local rights that let you bring a claim in your own country.

Not Sure How A Clause Applies To You?

Ask before you buy, not after.

If anything in these terms is unclear — a renewal, a cancellation window, or what happens to your content — get in touch and you will get a straight answer. And if you are ready to move forward, the coaching options and the Society are one click away.
