Life Coaching with Craige Hardel

You already know what to do. Let’s make sure you do it.

Life coaching for people who have outgrown pep talks. We get clear on the outcome that actually matters to you, build a plan that survives a normal week, and keep you honest about following through — until the change stops needing willpower.

One-to-one, online, and built around your schedule — not a course you have to fit into.

What we work on together

  • Clarity on the goal worth your next 12 months
  • A weekly system small enough to keep
  • Accountability that survives a bad week
  • The self-talk that quietly caps your effort
  • Decisions you have been circling for months

The work

Six things that change when coaching is done properly

Coaching is not advice and it is not therapy. It is a structured relationship aimed at a specific result — here is what that structure actually covers.

01 — Clarity

Get clear on what you actually want

Most people are chasing goals they never chose. We start by naming the outcome that matters to you right now — career, health, relationships, direction — so every decision after that has something to measure against.

02 — Design

Build a plan that survives a real week

Big intentions collapse without a system. We translate your goal into a handful of weekly moves you can keep on a bad week, not just a good one.

03 — Accountability

Follow through with someone watching

This is the part most coaching skips. Regular sessions, honest review of what worked, and a coach who will say the hard thing instead of letting another month slide.

04 — Identity

Become the person who keeps the promise

Sustained change is identity change. Alongside the plan we work on the story you tell yourself about what you are capable of — because that story decides your follow-through.

05 — Momentum

Track progress you can feel

Wins get logged, patterns get named, and adjustments get made. You leave each session knowing exactly what the next week looks like.

06 — Sustainability

Keep it going after the programme

The goal is a life you can run without a coach in the room — habits, boundaries and routines that hold up when motivation is low.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery

  1. Breakthrough call

A free 30-minute conversation. Where you are, what you want, what has been getting in the way — and whether we are the right fit to work on it.

  2. Your plan

If we decide to work together, we map the outcome, the milestones and the weekly commitments that will get you there.

  3. Sessions + review

We meet on a fixed cadence. Each session reviews the last one honestly, removes what is not working, and sets the next stretch of work.

Who it is for

It fits if this sounds familiar

Coaching works best for people who are ready to move, not still deciding whether to.

  • You are capable and stuck — the gap is structure, not ability.
  • You have been saying "when things calm down" for a year.
  • You want direct feedback, not endless reassurance.
  • You will do the work between sessions, not just listen well in them.
  • You want one honest person outside your friends and family.

Ways to work together

Formats

  • Life coaching — one-to-one sessions on the outcome you name, on a fixed weekly or fortnightly cadence.
  • Accountability coaching — you bring the plan, we supply the structure and the follow-through.
  • Deep-dive session — a single extended session when you need to break a decision or a stuck pattern open.

Common questions

Before you book

How is life coaching different from therapy?

Therapy usually looks at what happened and why. Coaching looks at where you are going and what is blocking it — the plan, the habits, the follow-through. If something needs clinical support, I will tell you so and point you at a professional.

How long does it take to see a change?

Most people feel the shift in the first three or four weeks, because the first thing we fix is clarity and consistency. Real, durable change in how you operate usually takes three to six months of steady work.

How often do we meet?

Weekly or fortnightly, depending on your goal and your calendar. Sessions are online, typically 50 minutes, and you leave each one with a clear next step.

What happens on the breakthrough call?

It is a free 30-minute conversation. We look at what you want, what has been in the way, and what working together would realistically involve. No pressure to continue — and if it is not a fit, I will say so.

Next step

Do not just dream about it. Act on it.

Book a free breakthrough call and leave with one clear idea about what to change first — whether or not we end up working together.
